This app also helps teens communicate with others in times of crisis. Within the app, first "Set up your support crew" and enter the phone nmbers and email addresses of trusted friends and family. Then when reading the ideas and help In the app, click on "get support now" and a pre-filled in message/email pops up, addressed to your support crew, with ideas and phrases about what to say to get help. Edit the message/email how you like and click send.
